Food Bank Project
As a faith based primary school, service to others is not simply encouraged, it is embedded within our ethos. Our values of compassion, generosity and social responsibility are rooted in our faith and actively lived out through initiatives such as this. While we are an Islamic school, our commitment to serving the wider community extends beyond our school gates. We firmly believe that supporting our neighbours, regardless of background, is both a moral and civic duty.
The response from our families has been outstanding. Pupils led by example, demonstrating empathy and maturity as they organised, sorted and prepared donations. This initiative has provided a powerful, real life lesson in gratitude and community responsibility, values that are central to our curriculum.
At Dar ul Madinah, we are committed to delivering high academic standards alongside strong moral development, nurturing confident, compassionate young people who contribute positively to society. This collection is just one example of how our school community actively seeks to make a meaningful difference locally.
